2020 — The Infrastructure Begins

2020

Establishes the emerging market private credit use case.

2022 — Scale and Stress

Loper Bright — Supreme Court ends Chevron deference
The Supreme Court's decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo overturns the 40-year Chevron doctrine. Courts no longer defer to agency interpretations of ambiguous statutes. All future SEC and CFTC rulemaking on digital assets becomes more legally vulnerable to judicial challenge.
